I went there to buy devil summoner cuz it said it was in stock in the store locator. The guy gave me DDS in the devil summoner case, I pointed it out to him, he looked around for DS and said that someone probably traded in DDS in the devil summoner case cuz it was in the right sleeve and he accidently marked it as DS so I could have it.
Now I need a disc only devil summoner and a digital devil saga case and manual if anyone has them.

It's definitely a buyer's market for sure. Is this the first house you've ever bought?

Technically Yes. We have a townhouse now that we bought 3 years ago but is mortgaged through the wifes parents as it is an investment property.

So this one is ours and we still get our wonderful $8000 as First Time Home Buyers. It is a Buyers Market for sure, especially in Orlando were so much New construction took place during the boom and thus were lost during the recession. We were looking at resales but negotiated such a good deal we couldn't pass on an opportunity to build a new house. We were just at the right place at the right time and thus got a phenomenal deal, Now i have to wait patiently 6-7 Months, which will be tough for me to do.
