I use EBay every once in a while, not so much anymore but I decided to randomly check it logged in and I see this negative feedback..

"BECAREFUL! Dishonest Seller! He stole our video game & no reply.Don't trust him."

I don't get it.. I sent him money through paypal, he obviously received it sent out game and everything was fine. I was the BUYER btw, not the seller.. He left this feedback a couple months or so after the transaction and I already gave him positive feedback.. What went wrong?
 
How exactly would one "steal a videogame" on eBay anyway? The buyer would have to ship out before getting payment.


Unless they're n00bs, and don't realize how Paypal works, and don't know they got a payment? I dunno.
 
Something like this happened to my friend a while back, he got negged for selling a "fake ipod" to some guy he sold sunglasses to.

Just contact the person and get them to withdraw their feedback and redirect it towards the video game thief.

That's what I'm guessing.

OP, send the guy a email and ask wtf is with the feedback. That's the only way to know exactly.
 
I've gotten feedback along the lines of "Thanks for buying!" when I sold someone something, but this is pretty crazy. Best of luck in getting it removed!
 
Try withdrawal feedback. If he doesn't respond, the best thing to do is just reply to the feedback and type in your 2 cents for others to see.
