I was hoping this would be the week Legos would go on clearance at Target but it was not to be. However, I did notice that all the GI Joe toys were on clearance. Single figures, five figure box sets, vehicles, and even the mighty muggs were all on clearance. Target clearance is usually nation wide, however, pricing varies according to each store. Good luck.

Edit: now that the new movie toys came out this week the older toys dropped straight to 75% off.

Yeah, Thanks for the head up. Unfortunately I live In Southern Cali, land of the hoarders and scalpers!!! All of that stuff went off the shelf when it hit 30% off. The only ones I've seen at multiple targets are the Duke and Jane double packs and some of the jets.

On another note the TMNT 25th anniversary toys are also on clearance.

whoot thanks got some 12 inch figs alot of smaller figures and one of each of the 25 dollar planes for 6 thanks alot

Ugh.

*is pissed* A fucking hoarding eBaying bitch in town bought all the ones our Target had Thursday right before I got there. Damn bastards. I ever meet the fucker I'm breaking their leg infront of everyone so help me.

One of my roommates and I are suckers for the 3 3/4" stuff. We've picked up quite a few Tiger Rats and Python Patrol Conquests. I wish I could find some of the MASS Device sets. I never did get around to buying those.

I found the only MASS Device set left at my Target for $4.98 .. I've been waiting til they dropped to pick them up and unfortunately only one survived. The one with Destro, Lady Jaye and Roadblock. Woot. K-Mart has them on clearance too but they are still wayyyy too overpriced. Still sitting at something like $17.99 or somewhere around that price point.

Also grabbed the last Cobra Commander. All that my store had left was 2 Scarletts and 3 Conquest X-30. I thought about the X-30 for about 10 minutes before passing up on it. Sigh.

You do know KMarts had a 50% off clearance toys sale this week, right?

I think the MASS sets were $12

I managed to pick up Duke and Cobra Commander, so at least my figure shelf has some balance. I saw Scarlett, but without Baroness to balance the scales, I had to pass.

Yeah. I picked up some Muggs earlier in the week for $5. Tried to get them cheaper (they werent marked as $5, just rang up as $5) due to the signage claiming 50% off marked prices and the cashier was a bitch, so I just said f it and paid the $5 per mugg. I can wait for the MASS Device sets. I don't think anyone really hits up my K-Mart for toys.
Am I the only one that thinks these figures look like ass compared to the 80s figures?
The 80s figures are definitely better. There's a little more detail on some of the new ones, but the articulation is actually crappier than the 80s figs IMO. There *is* such thing as too much articulation on an action figure.
