online gaming and network adapter

CAGiversary!
so is the network adapter worth getting? Is online gaming all that good? How much does it cost to play online?

Depending on where you get it, the network adapter is just $20-$40. You don't have any extra monthly fees outside of what you already pay for your ISP. It's worth it if there's any games you want to play online now and in the future. The communities tend to die down after awhile 4-6 months or so unless it's a huge title like SOCOM. I've had pretty good experiences when I've played online, no cheaters yet, but you can't let them get to you if you meet any since they're generally unavoidable if you don't know exactly who you're playing. I hope that makes sense.

Might as well get one now that they are getting cheaper. I don't play online that much, but when I do it's usually a lot of fun. It's also better if you can hook up with people you know, like from here or some other online community that you know won't cheat.
