Opinions Of Wherehouse.com?

Has anyone ordered from wherehouse.com before? I ordered a game from the site on Friday (6/26) but my order hasn't seemed to have shipped yet, it's still "in progress". Is it normal for this site to be so slow? I also sent an email to their customer service on Friday but haven't heard back from them since. I'm starting to feel like I ordered a game from an abandoned website.

i used to pretty frequently back during the ps2 gamecube days and its a good site. ive had some stuff ship slow from there before but it was worth it since all their stuff is in great condition as opposed to other places like gamestop. if they have a number call them up but id be willing to bet the status will change by monday.

Considering it's the weekend, I'm not really surprised your order hasn't shipped.

I heard back from the customer service today (4 days later) but my order is still saying "in progress". Is it even supposed to say that it shipped or does in progress mean it shipped?

EDIT:
It's Tuesday and it finally changed to "shipped". About how long did it take you guys to receive anything from them using standard shipping? I hope it doesn't take 3 weeks like they say it might...

10 minutes after I wrote that last message the mail came and it arrived! I was so surprised since I wasn't expecting the package to get here for another few weeks lol. All the people that have commented on wherehouse.com on other websites said the shipping was really slow for some reason. I guess I'll be buying from them again in the future.
