BB.ca has this pushed back to sept 20th lol. I'd be interested to get one to go with my catherine ce lol. Plus its still po at eb.ca link you provided :p.

EDIT: some guy on gamefaqs claims he talked to Konami at Comic-Con and they told him Microsoft is behind the delay, not them. Game is still "being approved".

I know but I want to see if they're packaged at all, like Atlus did with Catherine. Also I'm curious if those are really pillow cases, they look more like cushions. Not sure I'd use them regardless... mostly into the artbook myself.
