I've been listening to The Transplants(Album) and this song Quick Death is fucking sweet. That's not to say the whole album isn't good, though. Tim Armstrong + Travis Barker = Awesome...

my brother had his pre-enditement hearing today, and the deal was to send him back down here to the valley to a place called Safe P where he could get his GED, drug help, and serve about 6 months in there (which it's just like a good rehab I guess).. but the judge decided to deny that and give him 8 months in the state pen. OUCH!.. oh well, he deserves everything he gets at this point.
 
Updated OP now includes a poorly paintshopped update to the comic featuring a much better super hero. Cause to be honest I'm not a superman fan either.

my brother had a pound of pot when he got pulled over... but he hadn't been to his PO since last july, has 4 DWI's that had been pending/pushed back due to my mom being like great friends with his judge, and he's a crazy alcoholic/coke addict... so 8 months sounds a bit lame, I think he deserves more.

I am going to have to mark this day down in history. I sucessfully purchased Resident Evil 4 for the Wii at Gamestop without having it preordered.

Pretty much any other time I try to buy a game the day it comes out they give me some BS about not being able to sell it since they want to make sure they have enough for preorders, when most of the time I am fairly sure they have an extra copy or two.

It usually isn't a big deal since I can go to Walmart which is less than 100 yards away and pick it up there, but they didn't have RE4 yet.

I think they do that in attempt to con you into preordering in the future.

I've heard that other GS/EB stores will just sell games to walk-ins, without taking preorders into account. In other words: Those who preordered it are fucked.

She asked why I didn't preorder and I flat out said that I have never had a problem getting a game on release day without a preorder.

Then after she rang the game up, she asked if there was anything that I would like to preorder....:cool:

I was able to get Super Paper Mario on release day. They were surprisingly organised. They pulled out a drawer full of them, had the preordered ones rubber banded, and the rest sitting free.

stupid paypal. Ordered something a couple weeks ago on ebay and it never showed. Messaged seller, with no response. Submitted a complaint through paypal and then tried to escalate it to a claim. Everytime I go through the process to escalate it to a claim I get some random error and it tells me to try again. Did it like 15 times from 2 different computers (completely different networks), with the same result. Arrrrrrrggg. Will try again tomorrow.

Damn, just saw two screens from the Death Note movie and Ryuk and Rem look awesome. I want to see it, but I'm not done with the manga yet.

I'm only in chapter like 45 or so in the manga, but I don't see how much longer it can go on.

I mean, Light has no recollection of being Kira and the only thing Kira is doing now is killing to help that big business. Something groundbreaking better happen soon because this is slightly boring.
