seems like it is about to crap out since my first one was freezing on all of my games and that ended up going to MS. i would get it to red ring and get a replacement before selling it to be honest since if somebody were to by that off of you and it froze, they would probably get pretty angry considering you know about it.
 
i guess that they could, but you would have to lower your selling price IMO. it would be a hassle to pay for the system, wait to receive it, have to get the serial # and register it with MS to ship it out, wait for their coffin to arrive, and then wait around a month for the system to get back to them. i would just get it fixed to begin with so nobody has to worry about it later on.

I realize that. I didn't specify a selling price, so I don't know how I'm supposed to lower it. I'm willing to take a lower price because of the problems. It saves me the hassle and wait of getting it fixed.

Not really sure. I guess it would depend on what you wanted. I have a bunch of accessories I didn't list, which I'll add now. Maybe somewhere around $250-$275 shipped for everything, or $200 shipped for the console, hdd, 1 controller, and 1 game.

Just some advice if you're willing to take it up. You could send your 360 for replacement and just ask them to send it to your buyer. They'd get it a few weeks from now, but it seems like it would be worth it.

Well, with wifi on, maybe about 4-5 hours? Not exactly sure, since I've never used it long enough at one time to actually have it die on me.
 
I should also mention, that's with the screen on all the time.

I'm doing a test right now; testing out the battery with the screen off. I've had it running for over 4 hours, and only a tiny portion of the battery meter is gone. So, obviously it really depends on what you're doing with it.

I'll leave it on over night and see if it still has any battery left in the morning.
