Overlord: Dark Legends pre-order for $36.99 at Newegg shipped

This game comes out next week and this is the best deal I've seen by far. All other major retailers (Gamestop, Amazon, TRU, Walmart, Buy.com) list it for $50.

Not bad at all. Though this game is probably going to sell like crap on the Wii, meaning you'll likely be able to get it for $20 within 4 months.
