Well, I was browsing through my PayPal account looking around. I clicked on Resolution center and then just randomly checked Closed Disputes....well, little did I know that a buyer I sold an item too on eBay tried to reverse payment. I recieved no notice from PayPal about this, but I think it was becuase I used PayPal shipping + delivery confirmation. I think that saved my rear-end.

1) Why did PayPal not contact me at all? I guess they had all the info they needed but still, I found out months after. It was files on Oct. 5, surely right after they recieved their game (Item sold and paid for on Sept. 26) shipped priority with DC#.

You can't change feedback unless you left each other negatives and mutually agree to remove them. And honestly, if you did change your feedback, if its still within the time, he could just retaliate anyway.

I would assume Paypal didn't contact you because they didn't need anything from you. If they had taken the money out, you definitely would've known.

I don't leave feedback for ANYONE unless they leave me feedback first. Its just not worth the hassle of begging for positive feedbacks from people, or risking a retaliation for leaving a negative for someone.
You can add a follow-up to you previous eBay feedback. Just add underneath the postive remark you left that you found out through paypal afterwards that the buyer had tried to reverse payment, after receiving their game. This may save some other eBay seller, who isn't so lucky.

It really sucks how on PP buyers can really screw you over. That is why I always ship via PP, and always use deleviry confirmation.
Yep. Whenever PayPal shipping through eBay doesn't work, I still use PayPal shipping for the item (through the manual ship now form - learned from Guide on here). That way, easily accessible to the information. I will in fact leave a follow up. Thanks for letting me know.
