GTX 260
GTX 275
GTX 285

These start at about ~$150, so no, you're not getting a free game for nothing.

Participating retailers are amazon.com, NCIX.com, newegg.com, TigerDirect.com, and ZipZoomfly.com

Following the link posted above will lead you to links to see all qualifying cards at the various retailers.

Note that the free game is actually a coupon for a free download version of the game -- you don't get the retail package.
That's a great deal though. Too bad I'm not in the market for a video card right now.
No one really should be its getting too close to the release of the new ones.

And how expensive will those be? If their price points are going to be 200 or 300+, then it's hard to say that =P But I have noticed even the really good ones(though not top of the line) seem to be cheaper now then when I was really paying attention and building my other pcs years ago. And obviously I mean the good ones currently, not comparing the prices of good cards 5 years ago to now.

I think the new Nvidia cards are just a chip revision, 40nm I think. So if anything the price will actually come down. Along with heat output and energy usage.

Nice...(except for possibly activation?)...I'd do that except I have to have a laptop now...

Though I'd certainly swap out my mobile 9650GT for a real GTX 285 if I could :D

Oh well, it plays everything for now.

keibler you make no sense, the best video card can cost $600 easily. And the cards that cost $300 right now are about 95% as good as the ones that are $600 "coming out soon", so if you want to pay $300 more to be 5% better at running a game than the next guy, be my guest. Or maybe you want to pay $300 while the next guy pays $150 for 5% increase. Look at the video card stats next time before you open ze mouth.

Picked up a GTX 260 216core superclock at newegg the other day. My 8800 GTX stopped working a while back, so I needed one anyways.

Was surprised to see that I would be getting Batman free - had considered purchasing it for the 360 anyways.

Card runs $159 w/ free ship after instant and mail in rebates, and I snagged a game for free that I was going to drop $50+ on anyways. Can't beat that. Especially considering that the last time I dropped money on a card (the 8800GTX) a few years ago, I paid out over $600. It does not usually pay to get the latest and greatest when it comes to video cards. With a good system backing it, the 260 will run things great for some time to come.... hell, my 8800GTX still did , and it is 3 years old and inferior.

And, its EVGA, so if the new cards come out within 90 days and they are actually worth it, price wise, I can upgrade to it with their step up program by just paying the difference in price.

I meant for DX 11. I couldn't care about the super omega card.

Nice gnargnar! I just found out last night from the PC Gamer podcast that Batman supports PhysX acceleration too, I guess it adds some really awesome (even better) smoke effects, broken glass, etc.

I’d looooove to see it that way. Only thing (probably) technically wrong with their discussion was they were talking about it with or without PhysX, and presumably it still uses it even if you don’t have it active on an Nvidia GPU (and still uses it on the consoles)-it just runs it on the CPU, and dials down the effects so it can run okay.
