PC game rentals/returns?

I love gaming on PC, but unfortunately I don't know of any stores that will let me rent PC games, or buy used ones when I'm done playing them. I would like to try out a lot of games this season, but don't have interest in owning them, at least not at full price. Any suggestions?
 
You could try GameTap if you're not interested in owning games. Of course you have little control over what games come to the service.
