It must be, since the Gamecube version of PSO1&2 is the only one that has a serial number attached to it.

yeah I was at a Pawn America and I saw a copy and this was back maybe less than a month after it had come out and I had heard good things but I saw there wasn't a price tag so I asked the guy how much it was and he said oh I donno, 14 sounds ok? I gladly accepted but after playing it awhile I jus didn't really get into it and sold it awhile later. And I've been kicking myself for it since.
