Yeah, loooking for a sealed copy only. I know this is a "big ticket" item. Not expecting to get it cheaply. If you have a factory sealed copy of Phantasy Star Online Episodes 1 and 2 for the Gamecube and want to trade it or sell it, check out my collection for possible trades or name a price. (Some games on my collection list are not up for trade, like the Suikodens and Lunars and Arc the Lads and LoZ collectors.)

edit- also know about the rerelease this month, but I want the original for collecting purposes. Thanks.
 
You should probably wait until the rerelease hits stores. This will likely lower the asking price of the version you want.

How many times do we have to go over this? No it won't.
 
Most likely I will get it off ebay sometime this month, was just seeing if anybody had one sealed on here and wanted to trade. I don't really expect the price to drop on this after the rerelease. If it was a straight rerelease and not a somewhat different game, then I'd say yeah, price will drop, but it's a different version, different box art and therefore, the original will be just as rare as it is now.
 
The new one doesn't even play the same does it? I thought I read that it uses the card battling system that episode 3 uses. I think for collectablity its a pretty good bet cause if they're gonna repress episode 1 and 2 at all its gonna be the newer release that's coming out soon.
 
No, the new one (Phantasy Star Online Episodes 1 and 2 Plus) is the same game as the first release, just has some online only content included in it from the start I believe. It'll play the same, not like a card game in otherwards.

Wow, just scored a new factory sealed copy for $59 shipped 2 day priority on ebay. It was from an ebay sellers store and not an actual auction, he had it listed for the last week at $74 shipped, but today he slashed the price. Insane, nobody else had even visited the page as far as I can tell by the counter. So here's my ebay tip of the day, do a search for items in ebay stores, never know what you'll find.
 
Congrats ! I spotted one at EBgames today new but last copy for $49.99, sure it was open, put it on hold , wanted to ask you if you still need one. Glad to hear that you found what you where looking for :!:
 
^^Hey thanks for putting one on holld for me. I was pretty happy when I saw the price of this sealed one though. My girlfriend is super pissed at me now though, I used paypal money I had from selling some old baseball cards on ebay to buy it, but I promised her that she could have that money, now she seems to be pissed, so I am spending my afternoon cleaning the house, making dinner, cleaning the car and everything else I can do to make her not be upset.
