During the Offer Period, Xbox Live Rewards members with an Xbox One may invite their Xbox Live friends who do not currently have an Xbox One to upgrade. You and your friend will receive a reward ("Reward") for a successful referral. A successful referral is registered with Xbox Live Rewards when all of the following conditions are met:
- A referral to your friend is made through the Refer-a-Friend Spotlight Challenge offer page.
- A referral email is received by your friend.
- You are the first Xbox Live Rewards member to refer your friend.
- Your referred friend has an Xbox Live account prior to the start of the Offer Period.
- Your referred friend obtains a new Xbox One console.
- Your referred friend connects to the Xbox Live service on the new console for the first time.
- Your referred friend registers the Xbox One as his or her home console.
- Your referred friend joins Xbox Live Rewards, if he or she is not already a member.
- All of the above takes place either within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of the referral email or before November 25, 2015, whichever happens sooner.
