I don't know. Honestly, I usually just get the Halo games months, sometimes years after their release and very rarely do anything other than play the single player campaign.
 
The only problem I can think of is US DLC not working with the Asian version. I know it's like that on the PSN, but I'm not sure how it is on Xbox
 
Just ordered, didn't think about that, lolwut?. Doubt I'll buy any of the map packs anyway, but who knows in the future. As long as I can play online multiplayer with my brother I'll be fine.

Both the Noble and Defiant map packs work fine with my Asian version^^. Only difference is the case and manual having Chinese lettering.

I had no trouble using DLC with the Asian version of Ace Combat 6, for what it's worth.

Yup, I got this version back when it was still $20. It matches you against the closest people to you, globally. I've had no problems (well, except some laggy Firefight games with my mate across the planet in the UK :p).
