Currently i sold a game back in July 28, received payment and shipped it to the confirmed address of the person. But now hes claiming he didn't receive and made a transaction reversal, currently im talking to him and wants me to share the DC#. Should i give him the info? or escalate this to paypal? im tired of dealing with crap like this.

Why wouldn't you share the DC number? Does the DC show the item as delivered? If so then you're safe... if not then there might be an issue unless you shipped with insurance.

Insurance protects the seller, not the buyer, as it's your obligation to make sure the item gets to the buyer's door.

Yes, give him the DC #.

If the DC # doesn't show it was delivered he may in fact not have received the package...

If I were the buyer here and had a seller that was assuring me the package was sent on X date but won't give me the DC# I'd quickly grow tired of that nonsense and just let PayPal sort it out.

In your shoes with a DC# that does not show delivery I'd send it to him with a note that the USPS it taking longer than normal to deliver his package for some reason and I'll refund if it doesn't show up. But I'd want to wait another few weeks to see if it eventually gets there or is returned to me before doing that. But if you want to try to get out of refunding for a lost package then you wouldn't want to go with that response. (You'd lose a PayPal dispute in this case FYI.)

If the DC does show delivery just give it to him and let him know he should ask around his house/building/apartment complex to see if somebody else accepted it or ask at his post office "WTF?"

Does the DC show that it was delivered..send a message to paypal that it was delivereid. as for showing him the DC..he couldn't do anything with it that could damage you, if the package is already delivered to the address he gave. It best to give tracking numbers if you have them.
