I've recently signed up for Points2Shop after viewing this thread, and I've looked into the other Congas for sites like the Free Xbox 360 Elite, Free Wii, etc, and though that that would work well for this.

What are the points worth?
1 point is equal to 1 cent. There are 27 whole pages of free offers, that don't require any credit cards or antyhing, that are worth about 45-80 points, most of which take only 2-3 minutes to complete.
How does this work?
1. To join in this conga, you must sign up under one of the top 3 referral links, and earn at least 600 points.
2. POST in THIS thread:
----> A. Name Of Person Signed Up Under
----> B. Your Email Used When Signing Up
----> C. The Offers You Completed
----> D. Total Points Earned
3. PM Me Your Referral Link after earning 600 points.
4. The top 3 people will stay on top for one week or until you recieve 3 Referrals.
5. Each week, the conga will rotate. (Last week's top 3 will go to the bottom and the next 3 will now be on top)
**To be fair, this conga will be set to 6 referrals. This way we can keep the conga up and active at all times.**
If there are no pending users waiting to move up to the top of the list, the current users with referral links on the top of the list may remain on the list past 6 refferals.
