Portal 2 Steam Codes

can anyone give me some info on these. I have a few of them. i don't know if i have to link them to my ps3 or if i can just download them onto my pc with steam.

has anyone used one of these codes (they come with a new copy of portal 2)

You need a PS3 and PS3 copy to link your PSN account to your steam account.

Then you can enter one via Steam on your PC.

It'll give an error message on any account that hasn't used a PS3 copy to link that steam account to a PSN account.
