Possible chemical attack in Iraq
Well, there's one way to make sure there's no police around to prevent you from being a murderous thug
Ooo! I know the answer to that! I know! I know! Make the police murderous thugs too!

"Mr Rubaie told Newsnight: "Our Iraqi security forces in general, and these in particular and in many parts of Iraq, I have to admit that they have been penetrated by some of the insurgents, some of the terrorists as well, so I can't deny this.""

I can't think of any naturally occuring food poisoning that makes one bleed from the ears and mouth, but then again, life is full of coincidences.

The question then is, of course, this: what do you know about food poisoning that makes you an expert at concluding this was a chemical attack?

What a draedfully misleading thread title.

It's a shame that you would choose to condemn these hundreds of soliers as being murderous thugs becuase of your prejudiced belief that all Iraqi police must be terrorists. You shouldn't be painting with that broad brush you lovingly accuse others of doing. I'm ashamed of you, myke. The next thing you may start believing is that the entire Islamic world is full of terrorists as well.

I didn't say that, Mr. Hannity. I was pointing out that there is ample evidence that insurgents are immersing themselves into the new democratic social structure; let me add to this by saying that it would be foolish for insurgents to kill their own in this manner.

If you want to criticize me for something, select something other than my skepticism of unsubstantiated claims you made.

:sigh: Again, Sean, you're a great American. I just want you to know that.

When's Toby Keith coming back on the show? Or Zell Miller? Man, that guy cracks me up. Newt Gingrich can be a bit of a jerk, though I 100% agree with him. And you, of course[/sarcasm]

So, I shall glean from your reply that you are NOT an expert on food poisoning? Glad to be clear on that.

I don't think it's any secret that large elements Iraqi police are being used as Secular/Sunni militia controlled by members of the Gov't. You ever wonder why there's a bombing at a police station one day and a bombing at a Shiite mosque the next? Or is that a cowinkiedink?

That doesn't condone poisoning them, but perhaps puts it in perspective.

Sounds a bit like rat poison. I read that an Australia firm contracted it to locals so it's quite possible it was on purpose. Although I think it would be easier to hide it in the food then the water.

You've never been to a Hardees?

What's to say that the food and water didn't spoil in iraq? How do we know how santitized things are over there?
