saw several copies without the microsoft sticker at bestbuy today these are Y-FOLD sealed, was wondering if these are actually new?

All the used games at my local Best Buy have the Y Folds. They usually have a sticker under the shrinkwrap over the UPC code like the games from Amazon Warehouse Deals.

have you bought any? wondering about the condition on the discs because I noticed there are different shrink wrapping the other ones looks like a reseal
 
No, they are not "new". They are re-sealed with y-fold seals. Warehouse Deals uses the same method with their used games. I've purchased two of them. One was a 360 game that was in excellent condition while the other was a PS3 game that had cosmetic scratches on it that didn't affect gameplay.
 
was wondering what is the return policy on these, can you return them if you don't like it or only defective?
