Preorder/Buying Question

Hey,
So I preordered smash brothers from lion games for 40 dollars back in the day. However, I'm only going to be home the week of smash's release so I want to buy it at best buy, play it for the week, and then return my copy from lion games when it arrives.

Are there any issues with returning a copy of a game to a different store, as long as I have a receipt for it?

Do you mean a different SSBM to the same Best Buy? There won't be any issues. Whether it is considered fraud or not..... That I do not know.
