i think it was 36.99 like yesterday. now, it's for 38.99

I think it was Kameo, not sure, but my Walmart had a fully stocked 360 game in the display case. It didn't have a price though. Maybe I should try to weasle it out of there though.

most likely its kameo

our Target will setting games out as we get them, only game we are getting that has a street date is King Kong. All the accessories and games can be sold as they come in.

I figured GS setup the pre-owned for people who hate the game and trade it in on day 2.

Yeah, realistically vid game stores don't have to follow the release dates unless they're called 'hard' dates, which is usually set for games with big names like Mario,Zelda,GTA,etc. Most of the soft dates can go out to the floor but people at BB are usually too stupid to realize that ;-)

Wouldn't it be great if Gamestop sent you a disc-only, scratched to hell copy of Kameo? That would be the biggest insult in the history of gaming.

[quote name='brendan424']Well it looks like that didn't take any time at all.

Kameo $44.99 preowned

GS always does this with their games. It was NEVER preowned. It is an error in their system. The same thing has happened to 30 or so games ( one of which I tried to purchase, but had it cancelled one month later). Mario Kart DS had this happen last week BEFORE it was even out. Don't listen to their preowned section of brand new games, because they don't exist. If you even could order this, it would be a waste of time and the stupid authorization would just sit there for a month or two before you got the shaft.

I know that GS does this with newly released titles, but I guarantee that this 360 title will be the first to come back to the stores in volumes. The game will be readily available pre-owned in great numbers because the game is so short. I imagine after the first week of its release, the game will reappear as available. (The game's brevity comes from the many reviews that are trickling out, as well as a law school friend of mine who now writes/reviews for a national newspaper.)
