Circuit City: Does PM and extra 10% off of the difference. Product must be in stock at time of purchase at the store the advertisement is for. The only advantage that CC has though is that the store has to be within 50 Miles of the store your in.
Best buy: Does PM but the product must be in stock at the store you are doing the PM with or you can buy the products at regular price and take in the advertisement that same week to get a refund of the difference.
EB Games (YMMV): They also do the PM like BestBuy execpt you can't go back later for the PM. You must do it at time of purchase. Same mall as Gamestop.
Gamestop (YMMV): The Gamestop at my local mall (Fairlane Town Center in Dearborn at Fairlane Mall) says that they will only PM with EBGames or any other store that sells movies and games in the mall. The associate I asked about this from told me the funniest thing. He stated that they couldn't beat the discounts that BB and CC offer so they don't PM with them. But the funny twist of this is that there is a Sears located in the mall so I can PM this deal.

I didn't know EBGames will PM. Do they have an actual corporate policy to do this? (If not I'd call this too YMMV to even mention in an official list.)

Thanks, Wubb. I didn't know that Sears PM. I found out from a manager that I know at EBGames at my local mall at Fairlane Town Center in Dearborn, Michigan. He told me this when I was trying to PM a receipt for my HD for PS2 I got from CC for $37.49 during the Red Dot Sale.

It depends on who u run into at the customer service desk at CC. They aren't suppose to PM the receipt but if you can catch a cool employee they might let you. Try at your own risk.

Updated my post about EBGames. I will have to check with my people that I know at EB to find out if this is storewide.

Don't forget that CC will 110% on-line competitor prices as well as long as those competitors are within 50mi.

One additional thing.
When I was at TRU doing PM's for R&C:UYA @ $15, they wanted the physical copy of the ad and wouldn't let me PM without it. I'm guessing it's because they're taking a $25 hit on a $40 game, though that might've just been that isolated case, plus it was a "2 for $30" ad, so they might've wanted it for that purpose alone.

Most stores will do that, especially if you're the first one to PM that ad. I think they need it for "proof" for the Home Office or something.
My local CC almost always takes the ad I am pm'ing with, and puts it in the till under the cash tray.
