Consider this.

North American PSP Value Pack w/ Spiderman 2 UMD Movie. Everything is in fantastic condition and comes with original packing. PSP has zero dead/stuck pixels. I've kept a screen protector on this PSP, wiped it regularly, and handled it with care. I estimate it only has about 50-60 of hours of use on it, so the battery is like new.

I will also start you off with a 256MB Sony Memory Stick PRO Duo. It comes with an adapter so you can use it in a standard Memory Stick device as well.

I have a long-standng history of positive feedback at another VG message board. Don't waste your time with seedy sellers on eBay or elsewhere. I'm trustworthy and a quick shipper.

In summary, I'm offering:
-Sony PSP gaming system (no dead pixels)
-32MB Memory Stick PRO Duo
-Sampler disk
-Instruction manual
-Headphone With Volume Control
-Power cord and AC Adaptor pack
-Lithium-Ion Battery Pack
-Soft Case & Cleaning Cloth
-Spiderman 2 UMD Movie
-256MB Sony Memory Stick PRO Duo

All for $210 (money order) or $217 (PayPal). PM me or post your email address if you'd like to buy this package.
Shipping in the U.S. is free! And I always include delivery confirmation.

Update #1: Comes with box and other original packaging. Firmware is version 2.0. PSP is in mint condition. Screen has superficial wipe marks from cleaning the screen with the provided cleaning cloth. No visible scratches or blemishes that affect gameplay or otherwise. Again, I've taken very good care of this unit and haven't put a whole lot of time on it.

Update #2 As seen in the pictures below, my PSP is in great condition as described above. Any marks on the screen are normal wear from gentle wiping with the included soft-linen cloth. There are no visible markings on the screen during game or movie playback. Also, this package will ship from California.

He's giving it away for free with the purchase of the psp.

Remove the listing of the beta from your TL. You can't sell it or give it away, due to the EULA on the beta, since it's still a live beta, due to the game not being released yet.

Thanks for the heads up, shrike4242. I can't seem to find the verbiage in Sony's EULA/ToA that state I cannot give it away.

It's linked to you, and I'm sure if you asked them about giving it away, they'd tell you no. If you have the EULA and/or ToA available to you, please post where they allow you to sell it or give it away, so that way everyone can know what's going on with it, most of all me.

I'm asking you again to remove it, because the only betas we allow to be traded/sold/given away are non-active ones.

If you'd like, I can remove it for you.

EULA.jpg

These are the Terms of Agreement straight from the game. Sony's beta site does not provide an extended or ammended EULA.

ToA, EULA, and laws in general are always written in restrictive prose (i.e. telling one what he/she cannot do). No EULA will ever explicity say, "You can't resell it, but go ahead and give it away."

I'm not sure where people came up with once a beta is no longer active, the EULA/ToA changes allowing less restrictive transfer of ownership. Have EULAs said that in the past?

Shrike4242, if you'd still like to to remove the beta from my original post, let me know.

Around here, we've run into some betas that were sacrosanct to sell/distribute while they were live, and once the title was released, they didn't function any longer, so they were considered to be non-working items and the EULA/ToA not applicable anymore. The Halo 2 beta was the one that came to mind recently.

I'd appreciate it if you could remove it from your TL.

Interesting. No worries. I removed the SOCOM logo and prompt for people to ask for it.

Your not even allowed to give it away and you have to also remove the screenshots. Here is a snippet of Sony's Agreement

As a reminder to all public beta participants, it is a privilege to exclusively beta test these titles before they are officially released.
Please review Section 4 from the Legal Click Agreement:

Section 4. Confidential Nature of Beta Test Materials. You acknowledge and agree that:
A.) the Beta Test Materials are the confidential information of SCEA;
B.) the Beta Test Materials are pre-release materials and not intended for public release;
C.) the Beta Test Materials may be serial numbered for tracking purposes and would be traceable to you;
D.) disclosure of any part of the Beta Test Materials to any third party, including but not limited to any trade or consumer press, news agency or any competitor of SCEA, will cause significant and irreparable harm to SCEA, the extent of which may be difficult to ascertain. Accordingly, you agree SCEA shall be entitled to injunctive relief as well as all other legal remedies that may be available in the event you breach this agreement.

Consistent with our policy, Sony Computer Entertainment America, Inc (SCEA) will make every effort to identify those in violation and remove you from the Beta Program as we have done with all identified violators in the past.
We take the Public Beta Click Agreement very seriously and will enforce the removal of all violators of this agreement.

Thanks for bringing that up. Explains it quite nicely. Could you toss me a URL for where you found that info?

Sony posted it in the beta forum so if I gave you the direct link only beta testers would be allowed to see it

Duly noted, and that certainly brings up Sony's stance on the beta, and what happens to it while it's here. Which is it not going anywhere, through CAG.

Again, my thanks for bringing it up.
