Do stores like best buy or circuit city pricematch new items from the gamestop website? what about local eb's or gamestops(the online price is diff)?

A GBA SP with the 25% off code comes out to be $60 shipped.

If I printed out everything , do you think that one of these local retailers would PM it?

BB doesn't PM websites, period. CC does PM websites, but they'll only match the advertised price (before coupons/codes), and sometimes only if the item is in-stock online. You could give it a shot, but odds are you'll get turned down.
