Primal PS2 Glitches: Scree gets stuck?!?!

yeah, so i was playing primal the other day.

ya know the one we all traded in from TRU...well, when Scree climbs up the wall sometimes, esp. in the 2nd area, he gets stuck in mid-air and continues climbing on air throughout the whole level. i can't get him unstuck! It sure was a good thing I had the game saved, otherwise I would’ve had to do all that walking all over in the first area of the game. i suppose i should look forward to more "exploring" , i.e. walking, later on in the game?

please mention any other glitches you've run into b4 I find myself throwing this game against the wall for ruining any future saved games…thankx

I've yet to touch my copy yet, though I've considered it recently. When I get around to it I'll see if I notice any glitches. How does that sound? :lol:

It's not completely lost! Similar thing happened to me. I was using Jen and when I entered the city to search for the son of the mad king, the whole city disappeared and I was walking in limbo. This happened to me several times - the game just seems to be buggy. I can't remember what I did. I think I just saved it a couple of times and reset the game. Sooner of later the game loaded fine. So with Scree I would suggest walking back to the wall and then saving it a couple of times.

Traded this game in during EB's promotion because of these problems.

yeah got it for 3 buckaroos at TRU. Not so great. rockon bad pc ports and poor occult spinoffs ROCKON

it's too bad you can't "patch" games, like on a pc

Well later down the road (World 2), you can pull scree through these glowing portal things to get him unstuck. IF Jen ends up in limbo, all you can do is restart a previous save. But anyway, Primal is a pretty damn good game. Too bad the ending battle is a bit disappointing.
