Ok, so I finally beat Super Mario Bros. for GBA and now I'm stuck in the second quest mode or whatever it's called. Whenever I start up the game I can select my world with B button and in the world's all the goomba's are now replaced with beetles. How can I get my game back to the original? I saved my high score after I beat the game, so that might be whats screwing me over. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Damn, but shouldn't it have gone back to normal once I turned it off? It's like that permanently now, every time I start it up. Does anyone know a fix?

ur GBA just PWN'D you!

well... looks like ur screwed now.. only thing u can do is mail me the game and let me have it.

This makes me a very sad panda :(

Is there a way to reset the data on the cart? I really do not wanna play the second quest thingy, I want the original. I'm considering trying to take it back to circuit city and tell them it's defective.

I've got it!

...okay, I found it here, but the fact remains that I'm the one posting it here.

Hold the L and R buttons as you turn on the GBA. A menu should pop up that allows you to erase all saved data. Your score will be gone, but you'll be out of the Second Quest mode.
