problem with promoting child to adult account

i signed up when i was 17 and used my debit card now to update to an adult account it asks for another credit card and i dont have another.

any ideas?
 
I think this has something to do with your msn or passport address. Contact XBL or MSN about changing it.
 
You should be able to put in the same card you used before. I believe Major Nelson said something about this on his latest podcast. They were having problems with it not accepting the same credit card number you used before, but they supposedly fixed the problem. Give it another try and if it doesn't work do what Seen said and call MS.
