Anyone else having problems when you mail a game back to Gamefly and they never recive it. It's happened twice this month and it's very frustrating. I don't want them to think that I'm stealling from them or anything. I love their service but If this happenes again I'm gonna suspend my subscrition.

Same thing just happened to me 2 weeks ago. I sent them an email and they said no problem, and sent out my next two games. I was really worried that I would have to pay for the games. I have used the service for a few months now and never had this problem before.

I can't speak for GameFly, but other similar services (like Netflix etc) are usually pretty forgiving. I rarely lost discs, but I got more than my fair share of broken ones. When I say broken, I mean discs that were obviously broken in transit, because no one in their right mind would send it out in the condition I received it.

The only time they'll bother to do anything is if you show a pattern of losing/breaking discs.

I had that happen to me as well, but it was I who never received the game. I filled out the appropriate form on their website and it was not a problem.

Okay so I'm not the only one. For awhile I was thinking it might be my mail-woman. But when I talked to her about it she was really nice and I don't think she was intrested in stealling my video games. Plus I just ot an e-mail from them and they're gonna send me the next game in my Q. Thanks for the responses and I think I'll hold out on quiting my subscription.

Yeah I had that experince too, a couple of times so I quit them and found a new rental site called intothegame.com
So far these guys have been awesome, never had to wait for a game and super fast shipments. Check them out..

Thanks alot for the info. I think I'll check them out. Infact right now this is the 3rd time this month that they haven't recived my game. I'm gonna quit and check out your link.

Gamefly is a very cool, but right now I'm having bad luck with them and the trouble just isn't worth the money. Maybe I'll go back to them if they expand alittle more. If they had an office on the east coast the games might get to me alittle quicker and the might stop getting lost in the mail.
