PS2 dualshock 2 and 8 meg mem card $9.99 each at Best Buy YMMV

A few months ago, Walmart had DS2 + the memory card 2 packs cleared out for 9.99 per set. That rocked, I stocked up back then.

Just got a silver PS2 for $60 at TRU seen the memory cards for $10 but no controllers at all gotta go the other BB out of state then.

Also, looks like GS will be phasing PS2 stuff out completely in-store they already sent the used games back near me & won't take use PS2 stuff for the extra 50% trade in even though the PS2 memory cards are pictured on the ad.

Noticed some of the DS2's at a BB I visited today for $16-17. I would love to pick up a few to stash away if they hit $10 or so.

Amazon sells Dualshock 2's for ~$16. Not a bad deal if you have prime and factor in the cost of gas.

where did you guys find these at your stores? I looked but didn't see any ps2 stuff at all other than a couple systems on the PS3 aisle. I even asked an employee but as soon as they gave me that deer in a headlights look i knew they had no idea

For me it was in the PS2 section (what's left of it) and there were clearance tags all over the place for the controllers.

FYI: Silver Dual Shock 2's are $4.97 at Kmart(if you can find them:razz:) and blue DS'2s are unfortunately $18.97 at Sears and seem to be stuck at that price.

Seeing as how I turned in my slim's DS2 controller for the amazon trade in of a fat PS2, I would love to get in on this. Thanks for the heads up! Having another memory card wouldn't hurt either with all the PS2 games I recently picked up during the B2G2 GS sale heh.

Gas don't matter I drive for a living & the BB that had them is less than 2 miles from a delivery I make everyday. I drive past 4 BB between 2 states everyday & 2 others on most weekends. Thanks though should help those who aren't as lucky.
OT, gas has dropped to $3.55 it was holding strong at $3.75 for a while.
People still play PS2?
If people can suffer with 360's then sure as hell people can continue to enjoy PS2 and earlier games. Great games are great games and with the over-saturation of lame shooters this gen I don't see the classics being outshined anytime soon.

Too bad my TRU doesn't carry any Siliver PS2 console. They are all black ones at $99.99.

Those ceramic white singstar bundles will be next

PS2 was great but a lot of us have moved onto the next gen systems. It's been years since I played a PS2. The question wasn't really surprising.

Can you elaborate? I'd *LOVE* to snag a white PS2 in the ~$50 range. :hot::hot::hot::hot:

I've seen to many of these stock oversupply in my area past due clearance b/c the game isn't desirable.
