I just got one for $14.99, but it didn't have the disc. I hope I don't need it for HD Advance. Can I say that?
 
As far as I know, you don't need the disc at all.

And please don't tell me you bought HDAdvance (and yes, we're allowed to say it).

no, I haven't bought it. But I have no idea what they are talking about at Ps2 scene, so it's worth the $30 to me.
 
We'll take this conversation to PMs if you're really interested, but I can set up the exploit on a memory card at no cost except for shipping. It's very easy to do, but you have to be able to boot backups/burnt discs to install it. But once it's on, there's no limit to what you can do.

What I'm offering is to set up a memory card to automatically boot homebrew software like HDLoader and ULaunchELF. The only way you can do it yourself is with a modchip or Swap Magic, but I can do it for you.

What? You don't need the disc? I was going to get one at Game Crazy for dirt cheap but it didn't have the disc. So I didn't get it and the guy took it off the shelf.
 
I'm not 100% super mega positive if you really need it or not, but why would they sell the adapter without the disc and expect people to acquire a disc that no one has if they want to use it?
