Keeping my fingers crossed for a price drop at the end of this month. I've read rumors that they might drop the price the week the 3DS drops, but who knows...and who knows how much it'd drop by, even.

FWIW, if your old machine was one of the backwards compatible models (CECHE and one other, I forget), Sony will swap it for a 120gb or 160gb Slim refurb for $99.

I doubt it. I heard it cost almost $240 for Sony to produce a PS3. The only thing I can see is moving the 250gb/320gb to $299 and introducing a 500 gb with Move for $399.

Price drop in June near E3 makes the most sense unless Wii/X360 drop 1st. They already priced the Motostorm apocolypse bundle. Their game lineup is strong enuf to hold the 1st half of the yr. Once they drop the price they can ride the wave of UC3/batman AA/resistance 3/Infamous 2/next COD these will propel them thru the holidays.

Hopefully, they have a great move title or 2 that can Move hardware also. Resistance 3 bundle like the socom 4 bundle for $150 would sell like crazy or if uncharted could work with it, wouldn't surprise me if MGS move happens also.
