I honestly recommend the SONY brand ones. I've used the MGS4 one for a couple of years and the SONY one just beats it out of the water in terms of comfort.

Byakurai is right, the official Sony one is great, highly recommended.

This is the new official BT headset by Sony. There was a few problems with the old one, this one fixes them all.

Understand though, this works as a headset only. Only voice audio will come through it.
