I lost my original nub on my PSP fat and I've been meaning to replace it, but never have. I'm wondering if there's any good replacement nub. I've been reading on the different ones, the Naki that you get at Gamestop, some that look like Naki on Amazon that says by Ingram, and the Armor Kit! on Amazon. But all of these get bad reviews for breaking the core or being too big and messing with the D-pad. The original one really is kind of uncomfortable, so I was wondering if there's an actually good replacement out there, or if those reviewers are a minority, or if I should just deal with another official replacement.

I'm actually just about to buy one of the replacements off ebay (you seem to be able to get them for as little as $3 shipped), as well as a set of replacement face buttons and d-pad (yeah, the controls on my ol' PSP phat are pretty much shot).

I can let you know how what works out, if you're still wondering, a few days from now.

What kind of analog sticks are you guys buying? Are they just stock replacements or are they a different build with a better grip?

Although thanks for the eBay suggestion. Looks like they're a lot cheaper this way with free shipping.
