The slim does but you have to put it in USB mode, which prevents you from doing anything with your PSP while it's charging. Oh, and supposedly it takes about twice as long to charge via USB.

If you install custom firmware you can access the recovery menu and enable USB charging at all times even when playing games. I once completely charged my PSP while playing Marvel VS. Capcom in class. Great feature, you can charge through the computer while playing a game, accessing files on the memory stick, and anything else.
I DON'T have a slim and I have this neat thing. I don't know where I got it, sorry.
But you plug the it into the USB, and can charge it OR use it as a USB.
It's USB into the PC, and it splits off into a USB cable for your PC OR you can put the AC thing into it and it charges through your PC.
