nice, ill pick up wipeout pure. does anyone know if the game sells for 40 or 50? at eb and gamestop, its 40
 
i think wipeout is $40, but i havent seen it in stock yet. The PSP games that are in stock at my FYE in victor ny are....

oh yeah, and as for FYE and MIR's - as long as you follow the directions on the rebate exactly, you get the check. If for some reason you dont get the check, PLEASE come to the store as we can help you get your rebates. Mon-Fri is when we can call the rebate company.
 
last time, i went to holiwood video and ripped off upc from ninjagaiden cover and sent that to gamestop for voucher

if i ever buy one of those games, i might do that again. same place or blockbuster or wherever. i dont want to cut off upc from my collection :twisted:
 
So has this been confirmed? I went into a Fye's today, and I didn't see any postings or the rebate forms. Any real updates would be appreciated.
 
Yes, The Wherehouse has the same deals as FYE, although their general prices on items can be different (where I am, they're generally higher at FYE, but then again, FYE is in a mall..).
 
I saw the flyer, but I forgot to pick it up in all the excitement over the PSP. Seriously. I picked it up, realizing that it may be a good deal if I could figure out some way of not damaging my games/upcs too much...anyhow, I'd appreciate getting the lowdown on the actual flyer tho.
 
Has anyone sent in the sticker from the front cover of the game/dvd (the one with the price, but also the UPC) and gotten their rebate? Has anyone tried? I thought that I heard of people doing this for DVDs and it worked. Anyone?
 
So can anyone give us the prices of these game before rebate...and what the games are? For all the excitement about PSP and its games, I'm surprised that more of us haven't posted in here yet.
 
FYE is selling the games for MSRP, so Spiderman 2 is $49.99 and the others are $39.99. AFAIK, only those 4 PSP games (from the first post) have rebates.
 
Anyone familiar with FYE rebates know whether or not using/buying with store credit is acceptable with their rebates? I imagine so...just trying to weigh which deal works best for me, this or EB's.

I hope so, I used credit last night. I can't imagine it wouldn't be. And the receipt doesn't show credit was used.
 
Does anyone know if this promotion is still going on in all FYE/Wherehouse stores, because the person in the other thread stated how the person behind the counter couldn't find the rebate and lowered the price manually. I doubt I would be so fortunate without printed proof.
 
This deal has been availible since the launch of the PSP system.

You have to actually cut the barcode out of the back of the game cover.
I did this with both Ape escape & Wipeout Fusion.

actually not necessary. FYE rebates are so slow though.

local fye has the same deal hot shots golf for 20 after 20 rebate, not voucher
