PSP Value Pack $199.99 at Walmart YMMV

Saw a few of these at a walmart in central jersey. Don't know if it's a sign for a national drop on PSP. Good deal?

Also saw XBox 360 for $380.00

I know this should probably goto the regional board... but wanted more ppl to see it
