I would call them and ask though. I pre-ordered the PC version the other day and nobody mentioned anything about the bonus deck of cards. I just about left the store before asking and it turned out that they had a bunch of them in the back.
Granted, they're a bit of a non-event. It's just a standard deck of cards for the most part. The Jokers have Raz on them and the Jack, King and Queen are characters from the game. Oh, and the Ace of Spades has the double fine logo on it.
