Purchases showing up as $0 with zero points on my Best Buy.

So I recently checked my points and certificates on the best buy website and noticed something kind of weird. Many of my purchases show up as zero dollars with no points pending or awarded. I am a relatively new gcu member. Also many of the purchases that show no points were price matches or deals such as the very recent B2G1. This issue also applies to the smash bros bundle I picked up on launch day. Basically I'm missing points for a few hundred dollars of transactions. What should I do?

What are you paying with? Gift cards or reward certs would do that.

Yes I paid with gift cards. That seems silly that that would invalidate reward points. Thanks for clearing this up though.

You only get points if you buy the giftcards. You don't get any points when you use them on a purchase.

This, can you buy a visa giftcard with a BBY giftcard? I think that's the only way around it to get the points.

You are wrong. There are three ways besides the way described by you to get points but one is complicated and the other requires something not all are willing to put in honestly I do the not all are willing to put into over the other methods.
