I didn't see any threads on this so maybe I'm the only one that plunked down 800 points on this steaming pile.
The gameplay itself is fine. It's an update of Qix...if you remember Qix. There are new enemy types and you can upgrade yourself. It's a nice update and I really enjoyed it...for the 15 freakin' minutes it took to beat the entire game. There are 2 "campaigns" of 8 levels each. If you've played Qix before you know levels are not exactly....long endeavors. That's ok right? There have to be more modes...maybe an arcade mode? An infinite mode? No. Though it does have online. Online seems to boil down to the person who finishes reaching the goal of whatever % of board cleared wins. Score doesn't matter. Dying doesn't matter. Just be the last one to make a box and you win. Oh and that's the ONLY online mode. It's also horribly lagged making it nearly completely unplayable online.
Even though I used some free points I had from the POWER text message promotion I still feel like I got robbed paying 800 points for what amounts to a demo.
On the bright side if you have lots of extra MS points to spare and just want some quick achievement points you can picked up 175 points in very short order by simply playing through the campaign and a few online matches. The last 25 points for online play will take a bit longer. Otherwise I'd stay far far away from this one.
