I have an auction going, and I put the shipping as USA only.

I received this question:

"Hi! Very sorry to bother you, but I had a question about shipping. I am located in Canada, HOWEVER, I have a US address with a mail forwarding company. Would you have an issue shipping to the forwarding address in the US? Thanks"

Is it safe to do this?

I sent something to a mail forwarding company for an international buyer once before and didn't have any problems. Just make sure the buyer puts the company's address as the shipping address when paying with Paypal.

Sounds like a good potential for a possible scam. I'd do it if it were a low-value item, but if was something high buck I wouldn't do it.

The problem with shipping to Canada is that if you ship USPS, you can't do delivery confirmation without paying out the ass for shipping. So if they file a dispute, you're more likely to get screwed.

I'm from Canada and I use kind of the same service. Except mine just receives the packages and I go there to pick it up.

You would have to make sure that they put it as their address when checking out with ebay. If they have a Canadian address and then they ask you to ship to the mail forwarder address you may be scammed. Just as long as their address is listed as the mail forwarder and you confirm that it was shipped and received there, you shouldn't run into any problems. It wouldn't be your fault if the forwarder lost the package.
