Question about game reserves at Best Buy

So I put 5 dollars down to reserve the GTAIV special edition, but have lost the receipt, and on the box that they gave me that had the poster they were giving it it says they only accept the reciept to pick up the game. Does anyone know if there is a way for me to get them to look it up or am I shit outta luck?

Did you pay with a credit card or have them scan your rewards card?

They will be able to find it. You just need your Credit Card and ID.

sweet, was freaking out since it was the last place in my area that was taking reserves for special edition
