Question about giving away my ps3 (to family) with ps+ on it while keeping my ps4 and vita

I have a ps3 and couple months ago I bought a ps4 off cowboom (thanks to this site!).  I am about to sign up for PS+ to play destiny and last of us online.  Since I don't have a need for my ps3, I am planning on giving it to my brother in law who I don't live with.  I'll be able to link my ps4 and vita no problem and download the free games, but can I do the same with the ps3 at his house or am I risking getting banned?  If we're both online at the same time from different IPs, would that also raise a flag and get me a ban?  I just want him to have a few games, since I only have 1 game on my ps3 (rocksmith, i mainly used it as a dlna server).

Keep your PS3, I'm the biggest Sony fan in my circles and I still like it more than ps4 a year after launch (it's quite disappointing so far, very slow starting/launch year)... That's my advice
