Question about Live arcade and BC

Is there anywhere to find out what & when upcoming games will be available on Live Arcade?
With backwards compatibility does MS have a site where they want to know what people want to be able to play or is it just luck what they will make BC next?

i dont see crystal quest and marble blast in market place. official site says it was released on december.
