Question about Roster Uploading

So, I'm new to uploading rosters. Is there any way for me to import the current rosters of teams such as NBA2k6 and Madden '07?

If so, what sites can I use? I was loooking at FKRosters but I can't see the current rosters for older games.

You need a program and device to transfer the roster files from your PC to your 360. I think datel has some kind of program, but I'm not sure how well it works.

Apparently you also need a memory card.
