question about TRU preorder

Hi I am new to the CAG forums and I have was wondering about the preorder at TRU. I have kind of looked around this site and noticed that not too many people have nice things to say about that place. I placed a preorder a bundle from them (the $609 one) a couple of days ago and I have been wondering:

1. Is this really a good deal?
2. If I have a card would it mean that I would get one at launch?

If anyone can answer this for me that would be great thanks
 
The 609 bundle consists of the following:

Premium System
Wired Controller
NBA 2006
Madden 2006
Kameo

and I went to the TRU in Dothan, Al to get the preorder
 
i don't really know. i know i'm guarenteed my copy because the one in ny is getting a shipment of more than 100 systems because it's the biggest store they have but i really dont know. try calling them and seeing what number your on the list
 
all the TRU bundle pre-orders are guaranteed. those 8 packs will be counted and set aside first before and sales to the premium/core systems are done.

if you add everything up, it isn't a great deal since you are just paying total cost for a lot of those games. what it does make up for is not having to wake up really really early if you don't want to (call your TRU and ask how long they'll hold it for you, our managers at our store told us Rzone guys we could hold it for a week for the customer). also you'll be getting one on launch day with no running or driving around and around hoping some other store has it.
