I accidentally left my Amazon Prime trial renew.
I made a purchase before the trial renewed, but it shipped AFTER the trial renewed.
So my question is, have I already been charged? And if I canceled my Amazon Prime now, can I still get a full refund?
I can see 'Do Not Renew' button on my Amazon Prime account page.
I tried searching Amazon's Help but it wasn't very informative. Some of the information there confused me. Or is there a contact email that I can send to Amazon to inquire on the above?
