Question regarding Action Replay

I was told that some versions of Action Replay for Gamecube are not compatible with newer Gamecubes. I have one up for auction in eBay (just found out it's version 1.06), does anybody know if this is true, and if so, is there a webpage where I can find out which AR versions are compatible with newer Gamecubes and which aren't? Thanks in advance.

This is true, my newer model Gamecube (DOL-101) doesn't load Action Replay but my other 2 older models works (DOL-001).

DOL-101 models need action replay version 1.14 or higher. Codejunkies will replace non-working discs for free. The easy way to tell which model you have is to check and see if you have a digital video port. If you do, your gamecube is a DOL-001 and any version will work, if not, you have a DOL-101.
