Question regarding Gamestop Gift card deals.

Gamestop is giving 100 dollar gift card with purchase of the 299.99 xbox 360 w/ kinect.

Would I be able to buy the xbox bundle, keep the gift card and then exchange it for the Uncharted PS3 Bundle (also 299.99) right away?

Or is that against store policy?
